396 The potential role of periostin in psoriasis

Chronic plaque-type psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease, where alterations can be found at the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ) of non-lesional (NL) and signs systemic inflammation also detected. Periostin located DEJ, besides periostin known to play a role in wound healing processes. Thus, we aimed investigate potential pathogenesis psoriasis. Serum samples were collected from untreated systemically treated (ST) psoriatic patients (PS) healthy (H) volunteers.
